About Me

My name is Emma. I am 27 years old, and a mother of 3 children. A year ago I was diagnosed with Bipolar Type 1. I noticed when I was diagnosed that not much support was offered specifically to Bipolar Mummy’s.

I’ve always wanted to write a blog to support and encourage mother’s to open up about real life, down to earth situations surrounding parenting with Bipolar.

Please follow my Twitter (link below) I have also added my email address, PayPal & Vibe Pay links.. Just in case anyone would like to donate coffee funds! Believe me, coffee is always needed ! Thank you 🤗
