  • We need to talk about January..
The longest month of the year, or is it? Christmas is over, New Years is done and now here comes the horrors of January. Or so it would seem. I am often apprehensive of January, although it is my birthday month, its incredibly long and somewhat miserable. But this January I started to think about […]
  • Another Year Older..

About Me

My name is Emma. I am 27 years old, and a mother of 3 children. A year ago I was diagnosed with Bipolar Type 1. I noticed when I was diagnosed that not much support was offered specifically to Bipolar Mummy’s.

I’ve always wanted to write a blog to support and encourage mother’s to open up about real life, down to earth situations surrounding parenting with Bipolar.

Please follow my Twitter (link below) I have also added my email address, PayPal & Vibe Pay links.. Just in case anyone would like to donate coffee funds! Believe me, coffee is always needed ! Thank you 🤗
